Dr. Bernd Schlobohm

After receiving his doctorate, Bernd Schlobohm (born in 1960) worked as a management consultant in the IT and telecommunications technology sector until 1992.

In 1992, this post-graduate engineer became Managing Director of Spaceline Communication Services GmbH, a joint-venture launched by Thyssen AG and Itouchu Corp.

In 1994, he was also appointed Vice President of Engineering and Technology at Thyssen Telecom AG.

Schlobohm is the co-founder of QSC and has been Chief Executive Officer of QSC AG since May 1999. In this capacity, he has also been responsible for regulatory affairs.
