Jürgen Hermann (*1964) is QSC’s CEO and responsible for Strategy, Communications and Marketing. After a career as a military officer and having graduated in economics, he worked at Thyssen Telecom before joining QSC AG as one of its first employees in 1997. Since the Company’s foundation, Jürgen Hermann has played a key role in shaping its development. He became Chief Financial Officer in 2009. Christoph Reif (*1979) is CFO of QSC AG and in this capacity is responsible for the head office functions of Finance, Internal Audit & Compliance, Human Resources, Legal Affairs and Central Procurement. A graduate in business administration, he has headed the Finance department at QSC since 2013. Before this, he was responsible for network and mobile service procurement decisions at the telecommunications company 1&1 for three years and was instrumental in developing new business models. Thies Rixen (*1972) is responsible for the Cloud & IT-Outsourcing business and for Sales at QSC. A graduate in economics, he began his career at the Otto Group, was CIO at the payment service provider Ingenico and helped to develop the start-up Billpay. At T-Systems International, he was responsible from 2011 for areas including sales and services for large and medium-sized customers. Waldemar Gerlach (*1966) has been responsible for the Colocation & Virtual Data Centre business at QSC since 2016 and is the first point of contact for all technology-related topics. He began his career as a technician specialising in data processing. Having worked in IT at medium-sized companies, he assumed responsibility for the IT infrastructure and operation of major applications at Leoni AG. At 1&1, he subsequently bore operating responsibility for all mail platforms and subsequently for all of the group’s hosting platforms.
Rüdiger Hofer (*1968) has been responsible for QSC’s IoT & Industry 4.0 business since 2018 and is also Managing Director at Q-loud GmbH. She studied business administration and electrical engineering and spent seven years working as a consultant at companies including BCG. After completing her dissertation, she built up the Industrial IoT division at the ifm Group and assumed various management roles in sales and technology.
