QSC has won freenet as a further ADSL2+ wholesale partner
Cologne/Hamburg, August 9, 2006. QSC will become the preferred infrastructure supplier for unbundled ADSL2+ connections for freenet AG. From autumn 2006 onwards, freenet, with 830,000 DSL customers as of today, will use QSC's nationwide infrastructure to offer ADSL2+ connections with bandwidths of up to 16Mbit/s that will be available on a "naked" basis i.e. the costumer has the freedom of choice to buy a DSL connection from a different provider than the one providing the existing telephone connection.
