CeBIT 2002: QSC acquires Tenovis as new sales partner
Cologne/Hanover, 15.3.02 - QSC AG, Germany's professional DSL service provider, has signed a sales partnership agreement with Tenovis, the provider of Business Communication services. </font>With immediate effect, QSC will supply to Tenovis its business customer products "Q-DSL office" and "Q-DSL business" products which include Internet services such as e-mail, webspace and domain registration. The collaboration with QSC enables Tenovis to significantly expand the regional coverage of its DSL services. Tenovis will market these services under its own brand name. Billing and technical support will also be carried out by Tenovis, a specialist for IT and telecommunications services.

The two partners have also started discussions with the aim to develop and market additional products, such as linking PABX systems over DSL.
Tenovis employs a workforce of around 6,800 to serve its 200,000 customers from 82 service centers throughout Europe. It supplies intelligent and efficient communications solutions to address the progressive integration of telecommunications and Internet services. The range of products and services extends from PABX systems, Internet telephony solutions, terminals, telehousing, multimedia services, business contact centers, outsourcing concepts and sector-specific solutions.
