QSC provides core components for new cloud telephony service at NetCologne

Cologne, 23 January 2018  – The Cologne-based telecommunications provider NetCologne will be drawing on QSC’s highly scalable cloud perform to build its new cloud PBX solution for smaller-scale enterprises. Core components, such as telephony functions, interfaces to call number management and the administration surface for customers, will be provided by QSC’s triple-redundant cloud platform. With its cloud PBX solution, NetCologne is providing enterprises, especially smaller firms with one to fifteen employees, with a convenient way to replace their traditional ISDN telephone systems and devices with cloud-based components.

Fast to market with white-label solution for TC providers

The core performance component of the new service is a white-label solution offered by QSC. This is targeted at medium-sized telecommunications providers with regional operations that aim to establish cloud telephony and cloud telephone system services in the market. As well as its cloud telephony solutions, QSC also provides an extensive range of services and processes enabling TC providers to build up offerings of this kind. Providers thus receive a customer frontend to administer the cloud telephone system, backend systems, including customer management solutions, and order handling and billing systems.
