QSC wins major SAP contract at the Dussmann Group

Major Consulting Services contract goes to QSC AG: The Dussmann Group contracts with QSC to provide organization-wide introduction of the SAP HCM human resources solution, including all Consulting and integration activities.

Cologne, September 1, 2014 - The Dussmann Group has contracted with QSC to introduce a comprehensive human resources solution based on SAP HCM (Human Capital Management). This Consulting and integration project will replace the Group's existing human resources accounting system. This means taking into consideration 30,000 human resources accounting cases per month on the basis of complex contract structures.

The SAP HCM project is part of the Dussmann Group's organization-wide SAP strategy. With this move, this provider of one-stop shopping for building-related services is optimizing its business processes. The objectives include quality and efficiency gains in time management and payroll accounting, a significant broadening of human resources controlling, as well as automation of human resources processes. These process optimization measures will create latitude for strategic tasks.

QSC is providing one-stop shopping for all SAP ICT activities, including applications management, Consulting and implementation, along with launch support. Haiko Harnack, Head of IT/CIO at the Dussmann Group, notes: "As our strategic IT Outsourcing partner, QSC has been offering a perfect fit for our Hosting needs, and is now providing ideas and new impetus to assure the Group's desired SAP HCM Consulting competence."

QSC AG Management Board member Henning Reinecke adds: "We are extremely pleased about the trust the Dussmann Group has placed in our more practical, hands-on approach to projects and our experience as an SAP integration partner. This new contract is further broadening our trusted relationship of long years' standing." The Dussmann Group has been an IT Outsourcing customer of QSC AG since 2011 for SAP and non-SAP basic operations.
